is often regarded as
something to watch.
Something like a play
where the worship leaders
(pastor, organist, choir, liturgist)
are the actors,
God is the prompter,
and the congregation
is the audience.
But it is really something different.
If we must think of worship as a play,
as a performance,
then
the worship leaders
are the prompters,
those in the congregation
are the actors,
and God
is the audience.
