Family and Adult Service Center Lunch (, from Oct 26, 2008 12:15 PM to Oct 26, 2008 02:15 PM)

Wondering how you can help with St. Paul’s monthly lunch at the Family and Adult Service Center? The last Sunday of each month we serve lunch in downtown Seattle, but before worship is the time when 100 lunch bags are assembled. Homemade cookies are always gratefully accepted! We meet in the Social Hall starting at about 10:00 am on these Sundays. All are invited to help! Church school children are especially welcome to get a sense of service in the church community.

As a tie in to the Earth Day sermon on April 20th, I would like to invite you to participate in a four session climate dialogue. The sessions would be held Thursdays starting April 24th at 7:30 - 9:00 PM at our house, 1615 N. 41st. After worship on Earth Sunday we will dedicate the Social Hall as Foster Hall, per our congregational vote at the January Annual Meeting and in honor of the late Rev. Don Foster. Don’s son Mark and his family plan to join us (from Salem, OR) for this occasion.
